Heath Crum
Owner / Head Tree Trimmer
Heath is the heart and hands behind C&C Tree Service. Married to Coleen and proud dad to three girls—Abbi (16), Tinsley (10), and Chancelyr (5)—he brings grit, experience, and a neighborly spirit to every job. When he’s not up a tree, you’ll find Heath enjoying motocross, family time, or out fishing and hunting. For him, it’s all about hard work, community, and leaving things better than he found them.
Randy Fuqua
Co-Owner
Randy keeps the wheels turning at C&C, balancing co-ownership with a love for the outdoors and family. Married to Breanna and dad to Taylor, Randy Jr., and Juan, Randy is happiest when he’s fishing, golfing, hunting, or cheering on his favorite teams. He brings a steady hand and a friendly face to every project, making sure every customer feels like part of the family.
Caleb Smith
Lawn Care Foreman
Caleb leads our lawn care crew with energy and a passion for the outdoors. Engaged to Alaina, he’s an avid hunter and fisherman who never misses mushroom season. Caleb’s attention to detail and love for the land mean your yard is always in good hands.
Randy Fuqua Jr.
Lawn Crew
Randy Jr. grew up around the business and brings youthful energy (and a competitive streak) to the team. He’s all about hunting, fishing, and sports—especially baseball, football, and wrestling. As Randy’s son, he’s proud to carry on the family tradition and help keep Southern Illinois properties looking their best.
